"Yamzhog Yumco" in Tibetan means "bluish green lake in the pastoral area". Located at 4,441 meters above sea level in Nanggarze County of Lhoka prefecture, it is encircled by mountains. The Yamzhog Yumco with total area of 700 sqm is the biggest bird habitat in southern Tibet.
