Domestic and foreign journalists impressed by Tibet's changes

Recently, 15 journalists from 10 domestic and foreign Medias arrived at Lhasa and witnessed the great changes in Tibet.

A journalist from Pakistan News Agency said:" It's meaningful to carry on the report in Lhasa. I experienced the great efforts made by Chinese government to improve Tibetans' living standard. Especially, the talk with monks in monastery impressed me a lot."

Hu Dawei from AP Television News visited Lhasa 12 years ago was astonished by the great changes in Lhasa. He said:" Lhasa, capital of Tibet is more and more modern and developed with wider roads, newly built houses, 24 hours open restaurants and supermarkets everywhere."

Huang Weixiong as a reporter of Macao Daily News visited Tibet for the first time, and he was shocked by the devout Tibetan Buddhism believers in Jokhang Temple. "This is the Tibet I dreamed of. There is so much news worthy to be recovered."

These journalists will visit residential areas, temples, ecological wetlands in Lhasa and Nyingchi and will get known the economic and social development and livelihood improvement after the 5th working conference on Tibet.
